Youth may receive up to $5000 a year for qualified school-related expenses. Funding is limited and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

National Youth Transition Database Survey
All youth are requested to complete the National Youth Transition Database Survey within 45 days of their 17th, 19th and 21st birthdays, regardless of the amount of time the youth has been in foster care. The survey contains questions regarding homelessness, substance abuse referrals, incarceration and if the foster youth has children.
