Our lake covers approximately 100 acres – 1-1/4 miles in length and has over 3 miles of shoreline. The Boat Dock offers a wide variety of artificial and live bail, fishing supplies, soft drinks, snacks, and beer.

The Boat Dock operations are weather dependent and may close due to lightning and thunderstorms. AM showers may suspend operations until 2:00 PM, and PM showers may suspend operations for the remainder of the day. Please call ahead to confirm if services are available.
This 110 acre lake is situated within our 330 acre park. Other park amenities include permanent and portable restrooms, playground areas, basketball courts, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, sand and grass volleyball courts, ballfield backstop, golf course, boat dock and bait shop.

Boating Rules
- All personal and rental boat captains must leave their driver’s license or state issued identification with the boat dock attendant for safety and watercraft accountability purposes.
- All personal and rental boat captains are responsible for their passengers and the actions of their passengers and ensure that all on board have dedicated personal flotation devices.
- All passengers under the age of 9 must wear flotation devices. All boats must be equipped with proper safety equipment.
- Guests must be 16 years of age and have a valid ID and/or state driver’s license to rent a fishing boat.
- All personal/rental watercraft are subject to rules and regulations of the ONDR Division of Watercraft.
- All boats must be off the lake at designated times or at the discretion of the attendant on duty.
- No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the lake.
- No boats may be beached or pulled up on shore.
- Pedal boats must always remain in sight of Boat Dock.
- Only licensed watercraft may be used on the water.
- No outboard motors may be used on the lake.
Fishing Rules
Bass and all other fish not listed below must be released back into the lake. A daily, seasonal, or annual fishing pass is required to fish in the park.

The Warren County Armco Park staff is pleased to offer reservations for our nearly 5000 square foot rental pavilion. The Pavilion is available for group, club and corporate meetings, weddings and receptions, reunions and many other events. The Pavilion may seat up to 200 people and is equipped with heating and air conditioning, restrooms, kitchenette and attached covered porch. Host your event at the Pavilion

The Pavilion closes 10:00 PM Sun-Thu and Midnight Fri-Sat. A request is made that all event participants be out of the building at closing time and out of the park 5 minutes after Pavilion closing time.

Warren County Armco Park is now open to the public! The scenic, 18-hole executive course is a meticulously maintained, offering stunning lake views, a variety of wildlife, and a serene park setting. The challenging 3100-yard layout is ideal for juniors, women, seniors, and beginners, and also provides a unique opportunity for honing short-game skills for more accomplished players. WCAPGC also has a driving range, practice chipping and putting green, and a well-stocked pro shop and snack bar.

Annual Passes are available for juniors, seniors and adults and include unlimited green fees. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. You can purchase a seasonal golf pass at the Park Office and Golf Course.
The Armco Park Softball Complex features four lighted fenced-in diamonds with synthetic turf infields, 300-foot fences, and can accommodate softball of all types and baseball for youths 12 and under. Bases can be placed at 60, 65, or 70 foot intervals. The complex also features a children’s playground as well as a concession stand that serves beer (Monday-Saturday), soda, food, and snacks. Other features include a hotline for rain-outs, electronic scoreboards, clean restrooms, two covered patios, and nearby picnic shelters. There is a $3 per person admission fee (may be higher for some events).
The Softball Complex offers Summer and Fall Adult leagues and hosts tournaments throughout the year. To reserve the softball complex for your upcoming tournament, click here to access our reservation system. Reservations for the 2025 season will be accepted starting July 15, 2024.
